The Objective
Savyu needed to increase its organic footprint in a competitive market. The goal was twofold: fix technical debt preventing indexation, and build **Domain Authority (DA)** to compete for high-difficulty keywords.
Technical Audit & Competitor Gap
I utilized Screaming Frog to crawl the site, identifying broken links and metadata issues. Simultaneously, I used SEMrush to perform a Keyword Gap Analysis against Grab, ShopeeFood, AhamoveFood (0% Commission Delivery) and DiningCity, TableCheck (Reservations).
